Governor McMaster Will Participate In Two Statewide Gubernatorial Debates

March 21, 2018

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Today, the McMaster for Governor campaign announced that Governor Henry McMaster will participate in two statewide debates hosted by the South Carolina Republican Party in conjunction with The Post & Courier and South Carolina ETV. The first debate will take place at Clemson on May 23, and the second at the University of South Carolina on June 5.

“Under Governor McMaster’s leadership in the last year, South Carolina has continued to thrive—reaching record low unemployment rates and announcing tens of thousands of new jobs—and he looks forward to sharing his vision for how our state can build on those successes,” said McMaster for Governor spokeswoman Caroline Anderegg. “Whether it’s pushing for lower taxes, protecting the unborn, or demanding accountability from all who serve, we are a stronger state because of the work the governor does every day to make South Carolina a better place.”
