4:00 PM – Guest Registration and Doors Open

5:00 PM – Guests STRONGLY recommended to be at the venue

5:30 PM – Registration Closes, All attendees must be through security on premises.

Please note: It is highly recommended that attendees arrive early. Registration will open and doors will open at 4:00 PM and attendees may enter up until 5:30 PM. No attendees will be admitted past 5:30 PM so we highly recommend you arrive early.

Tickets: When you arrive you will proceed to the registration desk where you will have to show your ID to pick up your event credential. Tickets are non-transferable and must match the name on your I.D. A Help Desk will be available for guests that have any questions regarding ticketing onsite.

Attire: Business/Professional or Business Casual

Parking:

All vehicles should enter enter at the Verdae Boulevard entrance to the Embassy Suites Golf Resort. The map illustrates which entrance vehicles should use when approaching the venue.

All cars arriving will be checked against registered attendee list. If they are not on the list, their car will be turned away.

ALL Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive prior to 5:00 PM due to limited parking at the venue. We advise to carpool or use alternative forms of transportation like Uber.

backpacks, roller bags, suitcases or bags exceeding size restrictions (12”x14”x5”)
balloons
balls
coolers
drones and other unmanned aircraft systems
explosives of any kind (including fireworks)
glass, thermal and metal containers
laser lights and laser pointers
mace and/or pepper spray
noisemakers, such as air horns, whistles, drums, bullhorns, etc.
packages
poles, sticks and selfie sticks
spray containers
structures
supports for signs/placards
tripods
